Service
of Process includes a Declaration of Service or Affidavit of
Service returned to the client.
Routine service is generally initiated within three days of
receipt of your documents. There is no extra cost for service
to additional individuals at the same address.
How
to get started:

online. When it's filled out, print the form and send it along
with your documents.

Please
add any additional information that you may have such as work
schedule, vehicle description, physical description etc. That
kind of information will often help us to get your documents
successfully served. Be sure to include accurate address information.
Service of Process fees are charged per address. We will make
four attempts to serve your documents at the address you provide
for the listed fee.
Print
the work-order then call us for pick-up ($15.00 in Tacoma),
or mail the documents and your payment to us at Special Investigations
of Washington PO Box 970 Spanaway, WA 98387. We will begin service
soon after receiving your documents. Once service is accomplished,
we will send the Declaration of Service back to you. If you
include your email address on the work order, I will notify
you of the service status by email.

Routine
Service is started within 72 hours of receiving your documents.
Routine Service assumes that the client will accept Substitutional
Service as defined by RCW 4.28.080 p. 15 (Revised Code of Washington): (p.15) In all other cases, to the
defendant personally, or by leaving a copy of the summons at
the house of his usual abode with some person of suitable age
and discretion then resident therein. Service made in the modes
provided in this section shall be taken and held to be personal
service.
If the client prefers or requires only personal service,
additional time will be charged as incurred.

SERVICE:
RUSH
SERVICE is started within 24 hours of receipt of your documents.
RUSH SERVICE fees start at $95.00. Filing is available at a
cost of $15.00 per trip to the Pierce County Court. Skip tracing
is available and priced according to the difficulty of the locate.
